My goal is that you gain a better relationship with yourself through personal training. Your mind, body, soul will be stronger after each and every session together. I will improve your health + well being not through worn-out fitness slogans and quick fixes, but through custom workouts + intentional personal training.

I lead each session support, encouragement and FUN. Those fear based shaming tactics others trainers use won’t be in my session. Let’s hop off the machines and have some fun by picking up a medicine ball, the battle ropes or kettlebells.
My specialty is showing my clients the fun side to personal training and getting healthy. I’ll show you that you don’t necessarily need a gym or any equipment, to get in shape. I also carry that theory throughout both, my Virtual Training and classes. You can often find me leading my clients and classes on a track, tackling a hill, working out at the park, FaceTiming my virtual clients, or in the gym in St. Paul.
