As my client, you will learn the magic behind my signature style of training, the cardio-sculpt workouts. My workouts have assisted clients in losing up to 10 pounds a month, decreasing their body fat and gain lean muscle mass. You will see a superior style of training that is results driven. I zero in on results and delete the distractions. Don’t worry, we have a little fun, too! You will meet others in your session who are right there with you – encouraging and supporting you along the way. My community of clients form friendships in and out of the gym.
Watching others live and lead a healthy life is a gift that I’m thankful to be a part of. I understand that hiring a personal trainer is a commitment both financially and emotionally and it’s a decision that shouldn’t be taken lightly.
My favorite part of being a personal trainer is when my clients have their “ah-ha moment.” That moment when THEY see for themselves that their hard work in the gym is working for their bodies. The pride I’ve always felt for them, they’re feeling for themselves.
I find it extremely rewarding to be able to spread my knowledge and expertise to those who are ready to make changes in their life. No matter what stage of the game you’re in (weight-loss, maintenance, or building muscle) or how big or little your goals are, I am armed with the tools and guidance you need to meet your goals.
I pride myself on constantly “mixing it up” with my client’s workouts and pushing them to train outside of the “treadmill/elliptical box” we can sometimes find ourselves in.
