Welcome to my squad! I’m so happy you took the step to sign-up for 7 day workout schedule with 5 free workouts. These workouts are designed to get your heart rate up and make you sweat with minimal equipment and time. If you don’t have a treadmill to use, take your cardio workouts to the stairs inside your house, or outside, to a hill or around the block. Do what works!

I recommend the following workout schedule: 
Monday: Workout #1
Tuesday: Treadmill #1
Wednesday: Core
Thursday: Workout #2
Friday: Treadmill #2

There you have it! With my style of training, you don’t need any more workouts than this to see some pretty great results!
